Congratulations to Mrs Saunders and two pupils from year 6, Jack and Rebecca, for taking part in Radio Shropshire’s breakfast show on Saturday 16th January 2016. The trio were representing our school and advertising our fundraising day on Thursday 21st January.

 

They sounded very professional while they explained how they would be supporting their chosen charities and how important their fundraising is to help all the local charities they have chosen.

 

Thank you very much to the three of them for being such super role models for our school.

The school would like to say a big thank you to Mrs Saunders who devised our PSHE curriculum, which includes the idea of the children spending one morning per half term in cross year group classes, taking part in activities designed to encourage them to become confident individuals, responsible citizens and successful learners. This year’s focus on raising money for local charities has inspired our children and demonstrates what amazing young people they are.
