Kooth

Free, safe and anonymous online mental health and emotional well-being support for children and young people. Kooth offer peer support, self-help and trained counsellors to talk to.

Kooth provides one to one and group support via a social platform for children and young people aged 10+. This is similar to a messenger or chat room service. There are strict rules and confidentiality policies in place to protect children and young people who use the service. A trained specialist is on hand to answer questions and support user’s as well as monitoring all chat sessions.
