Reading Spines

These reading spines have been compiled for each year group to encourage a varied diet of reading.  The sections are explained within the lists and they are considered to be genres which are no longer commonly read.  It is important for children to read such a variety to promote vocabulary development and enable them to access more complicated texts in later life.
