Charity Fundraising
Charities supported by the children 2015 – 2016
This year’s PSHE sessions have focused on learning about a local charity; its purpose and work. Over a series of sessions, the children have planned a fundraising event for their chosen charity, which is due to take place on Thursday 21st January. In doing this it is hoped that the children will develop their skills and knowledge in ‘enterprise’, ‘community’, ‘democracy’, ‘global citizenship’, ‘making a difference’ and ‘cooperation’.
