As part of our science curriculum topic ‘Living Things and their Habitats’ we recently hosted four incubators of eggs in school, which hatched live in school over a period of 3 – 4 days.

 

Our fluffy little friends were a great success, with children, staff and parents visiting them each day of their week-long stay, to witness their progress.  The Year 4 children thoroughly enjoyed having them in their classes and they provided the focus for some fabulous cross-curricular work.
