On Monday 10th February several children took part in the first John Cole Poetry competition. They recited ‘Thinking’, by Walter Wintle and a poem of their own choice. The panel of judges had a hard decision to make as the standard was very high.

Congratulations to all the children who took part and well done to the eventual winner. Thank you to the judges and to Mr Cole for presenting the trophy.
