  • Year 6 Visit to Safety Scene

    Fri 05 Oct 2018

On Wednesday 3rd October the year 6 children took part in an event called the ‘North Shropshire Safety Scene’ which is run by the police force, at the Sports Hangar at RAF Shawbury. The event is designed to raise many aspects of safety awareness for our children.

The activities covered a range of issues that include: drug awareness, road safety, electrical safety, stranger danger and many other safety situations that our children are likely to encounter in their lives.

The children had a very informative day and left with an improved understanding of how to keep themselves safe.

Thank you very much to the police for organising the event.
