  This year saw another fantastic Sports Day for both lower and upper school events.  All children thoroughly enjoyed competing and represented their house team brilliantly, demonstrating the six school games values (honesty, passion, teamwork, self belief, respect and determination).  We had some extremely close finishes, even having to use camera footage at one point to determine 1st  and 2nd   place!  The talent amongst the children was clearly evident and everyone commented on how well the children performed.

  Harriers and Falcons - Joint 3rd

  Harriers - 1st

  Eagles - 2nd

  We also had a team of dancers who performed at the closing ceremony of the School Games Festival at Shrewsbury Sports Village on 2nd July.

   

  BFF, Perla, Jesse-Ann, Maisie, Olivia and Maisie (all in Year 3) attend various dance schools in Market Drayton and all take part in different styles of dance.  They worked together to choreograph their own routine by mixing their dancing talents together.  A super achievement girls and a real credit to our school - well done girls!
