This year we are going to celebrate World Book Day on 7th March by revisiting that old family favourite—the bedtime story. Children will come to school in their pyjamas with their favourite bedtime story—they may bring a pillow and a teddy and throughout the day there will be an opportunity to share their bedtime story with their friends.

 

Book swap shop - We are also going to run a book swap—if a child brings in one book they no longer want (in good condition) they will receive a token. This token can then be used to ‘buy’ another book. The aim is to spread a love of books through school.

 

We shall be holding a Book Fair in the Music Room from Monday 18th March until Thursday 21st March. We hope you can support us again so that we can buy some more books for our library.
